Return and Refund Policy – LettermanJacketCustom
At LettermanJacketCustom, we strive to provide high-quality custom jackets. Please review our return and refund policy below:
1. Return Window
Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.
2. Return Conditions

Standard Size Jackets: We manufacture jackets according to our provided size chart. If a standard-size jacket does not fit, the buyer can return it, but the buyer must pay for return shipping. If the measurements are not according to our size chart, we will provide a prepaid return label.

Custom Sizing: Custom jackets are made based on your specific measurements. If the jacket does not fit due to a buyer’s measurement error, the return shipping is paid by the buyer. If we fail to follow your instructions, we will provide a return label.

Embroidery & Patches: If there is an error in embroidery/patches from our end, we will provide a full refund (including custom charges) and pay for return shipping. If the error is from the buyer’s side, custom charges are non-refundable.
3. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. In such cases, LettermanJacketCustom will pay for the return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
4. Exchanges
We accept exchanges. If the mistake is from our end, we will remake the jacket and ship it at no extra cost. For sizing issues caused by the buyer, shipping and custom charges for the new item will apply.
5. Return Shipping Process

Seller Paid Shipping: If the error is from our side, we will provide an electronic prepaid shipping label for USPS (United States Postal Service).

Buyer Paid Shipping: If the return is due to a change of mind or buyer error, the buyer must ship the item back to our provided return address.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
