- Custom Jackets are prepared within 10-14 days depending on the customization.
- Bulk orders will take more time according to the customization and quantity. Please contact us for bulk order handling and shipping time.
- DHL, FedEx, or UPS shipping transit 4-6 days.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- Shipping is free However there may be custom and duty charges in many Countries which are payable by the buyer (If applicable) according to their Import laws.

I had a vision for a letterman jacket custom for my birthday but was last minute with trying to place an order. I came across Custom Letterman literally 1 week before I needed the jacket. I honestly wasn’t hopeful that any company could produce my jacket with so little time. I saw on the website that there was a WhatsApp number that I could use to contact someone. I spoke with umar who was very kind from the moment I reached out. When I told him when I would need the jacket, he talked with his team to see how quickly they could make and ship my order. He told me he could get it to me within a week if I got my order in ASAP. So I placed my order that same day. He sent me mock ups with edits I asked for. 2 days later, my jacket was completed and umar sent me pictures of it. The jacket got to me within a week, as promised and looked great! I got so many compliments!

Custom Varsity Jacket
I ordered a custom varsity jacket for the first time, and when I received my product, at the very first glance I was impressed. I took it out the package and inspected it and was truly happy at the craftsmanship. It was exactly how I designed it to be. The only thing was, is when I tried it on, it wasn’t a true to size fit. I’m a bigger sized man (6’5″ at 360 lbs) and usually my 4XLT clothes in any other products fit fine. At the same time on a separate order, I ordered 3 hoodies and a t-shirt from a fund raiser and that’s how I got the idea to have a jacket customized. So waiting on my clothes I went ahead and ordered this jacket at the same time. So now i realized i should’ve waited 1st. When my hoodies and t-shirt arrived, they were off about a size. But this particular jacket was off about 2 sizes. I won’t necessarily blame anyone but myself for double checking their size chart, so I can’t be all that mad. When I reached out to them to order my 2nd jacket (because I just had to have another one that fit this time) the customer service representatives was so kind, helpful and professional. They really are trying to ensure my next jacket is perfect. So I’m still waiting on the 2nd one, and the first one I ordered I’m going to keep and just work at losing a few pounds because it came out so beautifully (other than it’s size). Thank you all again for your help. I will add this, because I’m putting my faith and spending good hard earned dollars in supporting this company, I would appreciate a discount on my next order as a valued customer who put his trust in you guys.
